Dynalinks is a software platform that enables teams to create and manage dynamic, trackable links that can be updated or redirected without changing the original URL. It helps businesses control link behavior, measure engagement, and optimize user journeys across marketing, product, and support workflows.


1. Can you introduce yourself, and tell us about your team or company?

Hey! I'm Piotr, CEO of Dynalinks (https://dynalinks.app). I run the business side, Kuba - our CTO - runs engineering.

Dynalinks is a deep linking and URL shortening platform. Short version: we make sure a link opens the right screen inside a mobile app, and falls back gracefully to the App Store or Play Store if the app isn't installed. On top of that we ship iOS and Android SDKs that developers drop straight into their apps for deferred deep linking, attribution, and campaign tracking.

We're a lean team serving a developer audience at real scale, so our tooling has to earn its spot - we pick things that work, stay out of the way, and hold up when traffic gets interesting.

2. How are you using Rollbar?

Rollbar is our main error tracker across every surface our customers touch - the web console, the public API, and both mobile SDKs.

A few things that matter for us:

  • We handle around 2 million requests per day, so signal-to-noise is everything. Rollbar's deduping and filtering means we see the issues that actually matter, not a firehose.
  • A big chunk of our work is custom integrations for individual clients - custom domains, client-specific attribution logic, one-off behaviors. Rollbar's person and context data lets us immediately see which customer and which project an issue relates to, which is huge for triage when minutes count.
  • Deploy tracking means the moment we ship a release, we know whether it's clean. That lets us move quickly without compromising on reliability.

Reliability is a big part of what our customers buy from us - a link that doesn't resolve is a broken user experience and a lost install. Rollbar is what keeps us ahead of those issues; we usually know about problems before our customers do, and more often than not we've already fixed them by the time anyone notices.

3) What made you choose Rollbar?

Kuba picked it early on and it's stayed through multiple platform evolutions. We've revisited the choice a few times - every contract renewal is a chance to switch - and every time the answer is the same: Rollbar does exactly what we need, the integration is clean, the UI stays out of the way, and it scales with us.
