1. Can you introduce yourself, and tell us about your team or company?

I'm Paweł, founder and CEO of Coditive. We're a software house based in Poland, working with clients worldwide. For more than a decade, we've been building custom websites, tools, and web applications - mainly in the WordPress, WooCommerce, Vue.js, and Nuxt ecosystems.

A big part of our work happens behind the scenes. We partner with SaaS companies, startups, and digital agencies, often as a long-term technical or white-label partner. Our focus is always the same: build software that's stable, scalable, and easy to evolve over time - not just something that works today.

Recently, we've also expanded our offer with custom AI-based services. These range from AI-powered internal tools and automations to features embedded directly into client products. In all cases, reliability and observability become even more important, which makes solid error monitoring essential.

2. How are you using Rollbar?

We mostly set up Rollbar in projects we build and maintain for clients - especially ecommerce platforms, online course platforms (LMS), and SaaS products, where even small errors can have a direct business impact.

Rollbar is usually configured on both staging and production environments. That allows us to catch issues early, often before real users ever encounter them. In one case, while testing an ecommerce project, Rollbar surfaced an error that occurred at a very specific moment in the purchase flow. It wasn't visible in logs before and didn't show up during manual testing, so without proper monitoring it would likely have gone unnoticed until customers started reporting failed orders. Because Rollbar flagged it immediately and provided enough context, we were able to understand exactly where and why the flow was breaking and fix it before the store went fully live. Catching the issue at that stage likely prevented many failed transactions and avoided a lot of frustration on both the customer and business side.

For some clients, we go further and build custom integrations around Rollbar. One example is an integration that sends new production errors straight to a dedicated Discord channel, so everyone involved sees issues immediately and can react fast.

Overall, Rollbar gives both us and our clients confidence. Instead of waiting for user reports, we see problems as they happen and have enough context to fix them quickly.

3. What made you choose Rollbar?

There were a few reasons Rollbar stood out for us.

First, the pricing model fits agency work very well. Not having to pay per user makes it easy to involve developers, QA, and sometimes clients themselves, without friction.

Second, Session Replay has been extremely valuable. It lets us see the exact sequence of user actions leading up to an error - clicks, navigation changes, form interactions - which often removes guesswork entirely. Instead of trying to reproduce an issue based on assumptions or incomplete reports, we can see what actually happened and fix the real cause faster.

At the same time, we care deeply about privacy and because replays can include sensitive interactions, privacy controls are critical for us. Rollbar's masking and anonymization options allow us to safely use Session Replay in real production scenarios - including ecommerce checkouts and logged-in user areas - without exposing personal or payment-related data.

And finally, the support experience has been consistently good. When something isn't obvious, we get helpful answers quickly - which matters when you're responsible for production systems.
